Dylan R. Cornette - Vice President / Construction - GF Bailey

Dylan Cornett is a native of Vandalia, OH, a graduate of Vandalia High School and Sinclair Community College.  Dylan has had a lifelong interest in building and construction.  

Prior to joining GF Bailey, Dylan worked for Pella Windows, Shier Construction Services before joining Bruns Construction, where he worked on multi-family residential projects and commercial projects.  Dylan joined GF Bailey 7 years ago, managing all building and site construction.  He recently completed as the Construction Project Manager for the St. Mary’s Development Hoover Flat’s 10-unit build.  He took the project from concept to completion, delivering a structurally and ascetically sound project on budget.  

Dylan has worked on Historic Tax projects as well as other projects supporting subsidized senior populations across southwest Ohio.  

Dylan, his wife and daughter live in New Paris, OH.
